From now on, all ready to use window blinds and coverings must be provided with a set of warnings informing about the potential risk of strangulation. Additionally, wherever possible, products must be provided with product-specific safety devices:

chain tensioners
cord tensioners
cord holders
self-opening chain connectors
self-opening cord ends
